Access Assignment:

I want you to develop a table that can keep information about a topic you are interested in or a topic you are studying. For medical students this would be developing a table that could be used in a medical facility. For other students it might be a list of sports players or team statistics, songs, games, bands, schools you plan to apply to or whatever interests you.

In designing the table please consider the following:

• Do not use embedded spaces or special characters in field names
• Fields should be of the right type and size
• The key should be data not the automatic number

Once the table has been populated, I want you to query the table using the user interface.

The queries should meet the following criteria:

• 2 conditions in an AND relationship
• 2 conditions in an OR relationship
• 3 conditions that follow this logic: condition 1 must be true and either condition 2 or condition 3 must be true
• 3 conditions that follow this logic: condition 1 and condition 2 must be true or t just condition 3 must be true
• 3 conditions that follow this logic: condition 1 must be true or both condition 2 and condition 3 must be true
