Forms Assignment #1:

Using the oil database or another database with a one to many relationship between tables, do the following things with forms:
  1. Provide the ability to search for information to then show on the form
  2. Provide the user the ability to do a sort on a particular field on a form
  3. Use a filter on a form
  4. Use three of the following on the form: combo box, list box, toggle button, check box, option buttons
