First read chapters #5 and #6

Write a program or programs that do the following:

• Use IF...else (standard IF with else)
• Use a nested IF...else
• Use IF...elseIF
• Use the Case structure
• Use the Case structure a second time (I am looking for different uses - check you text for examples)
• Use the Do with the while
• Use the Do with the until
• Use a nested For with steps

I am not looking for there to be a purpose other than showing a mastery of these commands. In other words, you can have a series of command buttons that make each of these do something and show the results etc.
