I want you to pick seven of these soft skills that you think are particularly important.

• I want you to do some research on their importance in the work place. Please tell me the articles you read and the sites you used in doing your research.
• I want you to evaluate yourself in these areas. Is this one of your strengths, do you need to improve, how have you improved since you have been at BCC etc.
• I also want you to contact your mentor and get his/her feedback on the importance of these skills in their work or school environment. I want quotes!
