In the survey you took the first week of school, the following topics were on a list of soft skills that the survey asked you to evaluate:

I want you to pick five of these soft skills that you think are particularly important.

• I want you to do some research on their importance in the work place. Please tell me the articles you read and the sites you used in doing your research. It would be nice to post them on the delicious site I have invited you to use (remember 10 entries gets you extra credit).

• I want you to evaluate yourself in these areas. Is this one of your strengths, do you need to improve, how have you improved since you have been at BCC etc.

• I also want you to contact your mentor and get his/her feedback on the importance of these skills in their work or school environment. I want quotes!

• I want you to include some information from the guest speakers we have had in class (there will be one more next week).
